Retrofitted House and New commercial Building

The House - (retrofitted) This design features a three floor building, with rental units on the ground floor and first floor and personal residence on the top floor each with separate spaces for privacy and autonomy.
The new staircase provides a separate entry to all floors, making it convenient and easy for tenants
and residents to move around the building. The traditional Ladakh house look adds a unique aesthetic appeal to the building, making it a standout in the neighborhood .
Commercial Building - The commercial building features a spacious basement that can be used for various purposes. The ground floor has two shops that can be merged into one to create a bigger commercial space, On the first floor, there is a similar space as the ground floor, but it is more suited for cafes and restaurants. The large windows on the first floor provide ample natural light, creating an inviting atmosphere for customers. The top floor of the building consists of two spaces that can be rented to the shop owners.
